Payment
We accept Paypal. We will also bear the payment fees to build the trust between customers and ourselves for the first two payments. For subsequent payments, customers can either wire the payment to our account or continue using Paypal. However, customers will have to bear the payment fees if they choose to continue using Paypal.

Delivery Times
Items are usually shipped on every Monday after you place order depending on availability of stock. If the order is cancelled, we'll alert you on the next working day. The shipment will reach in about 30days.

Minimum order of 200 copies of textbook to a single address.

Damaged Merchandise
Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any items are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill. We will replace any textbook that has defect but obviously we cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.

Refund Policy
We accept return for most new, unopened textbooks sold and fulfilled by International-edition-textbook.com within 30 days of order for a full refund. No question will be asked if the return is a result of our error (ie. you received an incorrect or defective item).
Items that are used or returned more than 30 days after delivery will receive a partial refund.
How Refunds Are Processed
We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. In most cases, we'll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 3 to 5 business days of our receiving your return. We'll credit the payment to your Paypal account once refunds are processed.
Partial Refunds
Partial Refunds will be issued for the following items:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Any item that has obvious signs of use.
- Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
Items that do not meet our returns guidelines will receive only partial refunds:
- Any unopened textbooks in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery: 80% of item's price.
- Any book that has obvious signs of use: 50% of item's price.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 50% of item's price
Order cancellation
Partial Refunds will be issued to all "request to cancel" order when the textbook order is confirmed by international-edition-textbook.com.
- Cancel request for any confirmed order: 80% of item's price
No Refund
No refunds will be issued for the following items:
- Books damaged during transportation if there is no insurance coverage.
