What is international edition textbook
International edition are lower value textbook printed outside US. They will contain the same content, CD and even pass code if there is any. Normally the books will be printed in black/white or color depending on the US edition. In another words, the books are exactly the same as the US edition but most of them are soft cover. So expect to buy them at great discount.

What is the delivery duration?
Normally 3 to 8 working days for orders within United States

Can I have my order shipped to an address different from my own?
We can ship your order to just about any address you give us. When you place your order, you'll be asked to enter both a shipping and billing address--they don't need to be the same. If you are a member, we will remember your billing information and we save you the trouble of telling us your billing information again.

Do you ship to APO/FPO or P.O. Box addresses?
We do not ship to PO box addresses.

Does UPS require a signature?
UPS usually requires a signature to complete delivery. If you are unable to receive your delivery personally, you can leave a signed consent notice on your door advising UPS where to leave the package. We typically ask UPS to obtain a signature for all shipments valued at $100 or more.

Do you ship to locations outside of the United States?
Yes, we ship to most addresses worldwide.

Who pays import duties and taxes for an order shipped outside the United States?
If you are one of our non-U.S. customers and live outside the United States, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are assessed when the package reaches your country. You are responsible for these and any other additional charges. Most carriers assess applicable duties and taxes when the shipment from us arrives in your country. If more money is owed, they will send you a letter notifying you of the charges and the steps you need to take to receive your package.

Do you have return policy?
We provide a full refund when your customer is not satisfied with what they receive. Return the shipped textbook to our warehouse within 30days from the received date and we will process the refund immediately when we receive the return textbook. We will not be responsible for the shipping cost associated with any return.

How to perform consolidated payment for multiple orders
1. Search for the textbook using our search function based on ISBN / Title/ Author.
2. Click "Add to cart" to purchase the product.
3. Click "Checkout".
4. Unselect the checkbox to key in dropship address.
5. Click "Confirm".
6. Search for the next item you want to purchase and repeat the same process.
7. Once you have complete all your purchase, click "Your order status".
8. Put a tick on the items you want to make payment.
9. Click “order” once you have selected all items.
10 . The above action will direct you to the payment gateway to complete the purchase.

How to perform multiple orders by using Microsoft "Excel" files
1. Email us to request for our sample order file (Excel format).
2. Fill up the ISBN and address for the books to be shipped into our standard excel file.
3. Email us your order file and we will upload your orders to our system within 24hours.
4. Login to our website and select "Your order status".
5. Verify your orders and tick on the items you want to make payment.
6. Click "order" once you have selected all items you want to purchase.
7 . The above action will direct you to the payment gateway to complete the purchase.

How to order from us
1. Select the items based on ISBN, title or author
2. Select "add to cart"
3. Select "checkout"
4. Uncheck "Use Billing Address below for your shipping destination" to key in your delivery
    address
5. Select "confirm" button
6. Go to the search box to find your next book and repeat the order process.
7. Once you have complete the whole buying process, click "Your order status". You will see what
    you have ordered
8. To make payment, check the box on the left side in "Your order status" and click on "order"
    button.
9. You will be directed to paypal page to complete payment.

Do you provide any shipping tracking number?
Yes, just login to our website and click on UPS tracking, we display your order’s UPS tracking numbers there.
