Delivery Times
Items usually ship on the second business day after you order them. If the order is cancelled, we'll alert you on the next working day. We use UPS traceable (2-8 days). Note: please do not pass shipment tracking number to your book selling website, they may find out that you are drop shipping and they may put your account on "hold".

Tracking Your Order
If you did not receive your order within the defined date, we can provide you a parcel tracking number to check your shipment.

Damaged Merchandise
Damaged shipments from handling must be claimed with the freight carrier. If any items are missing or damaged, be sure to note this on the freight bill.
We will replace any textbook that has defect but obviously we cannot be responsible for damage caused by the freight carrier.
